Very modern first floor flat with very high ceilings. The flat is 2 and a half beds, the room available has big bright bay windows and a view of the street. Can come furnished or unfurnished. No living room but do most of the hanging out in the kitchen. The spare single room I share to store clothes and to do exercises etc. Love to live with someone of similar age that is clean and tidy and wants to occasionally watch a film together and share a bottle of wine but able to have some privacy.
