I bought the flat in Oct 2019 and did an extensive renovation. It has underfloor heating, Lusso Stone bathroom, wooden herringbone floor, Howdens kitchen with BOSCH appliances (washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge freezer)

Pets are welcome. There is direct access to a HUGE garden which is rarely used by the residents due to the proximity to Paddington Rec. Gails is on your doorstep, only a short walk to the canals, Warwick Avenue & Abbey Road. You can see Maida Vale station from the front door & parking is pretty chill too. I love that it’s outside the Congestion Zone too.

I’m flexible with terms, id rather a secure a honest, reliable and great tenant over someone that will pay top money.

The photos are when the renovations were first completed. It’s had a bit of wear and tear & the furniture is different. I have a loft bed and an L shape sofa in there at the moment (we can discuss furniture) I’d like to leave the bed as it’s great for studio flat life.
