About the place

Two double bedroom first floor flat in a typical London townhouse. The place has wonderfully high ceilings and great big windows which let in lots of light in a great atmosphere both in the bedrooms and the living room. The place is cozy, clean and nicely decorated. The living room windows open on the street which is very clam and the bedrooms are by little gardens with perfect peaceful silence (except the little birds).

There is one very big bedroom and one smaller but both have double beds, big windows and lots of storage.

The kitchen is a great open kitchen with a beautiful wooden bar. It is just about to be remodeled so you will have a completely brand new kitchen when you arrive!! With everything you might need and a lot of storage space.

The living room is super homey and cozy with a comfy couch and a dining table. There is also a big projector that can connect to your computer or phone!

The bathroom is neat and very practical with a large restful bathtub.

There is a washing machine, iron and iron board, and vacuum cleaner.

Neighborhood

We have only lived here a year, and despite covid-19 restrictions, have fallen completely in love with the neighborhood. It is very calm and friendly yet filled with cute cafés and pubs, just two minutes from Little Venice and the beautiful canals. It is also a 30 minutes walk to Hyde Park as well as to Regent’s Park and a short 15min walk to Notting Hill and Kensington.

Transportation

Just above: bus 6, 187 and 414.
2 min walk: bus 31, 328, 28.
10min walk: Maida Vale Station, Warwick Station (bakerloo line) , bus 16, 98, 332 and more.
15min walk: Westbourne Park Station (Hammersmith and City line and Circle line), Paddington Station (National Rail, Heathrow Express, TFL, district, circle and bakerloo lines), Kilburn Park Station (bakerloo).

Essentials

Lovely café with terrace right accross the street (drinks, coffee, pastries, sandwiches...), cleaners and hairdresser and 24 hour food and wine off-licence store with everything you need just three steps away.
10min walk: Sainsbury’s, Cost-co, pharmacy
15min walk: Tesco, Boots, butcher, organic fruit and vegetable shop

Rent
