Hello there!

I am looking for 1 flatmateo share a lovely 3 bedroom top floor flat in Maida Vale (W9; Zone 2), fully furnished.


I have lived here for over 4 years and my current housemate is moving out on 24th Jan. So the room will be available from the 25th Jan.

The rent will be 1200 per month and this will get you your own double room, plus shared use of a spare bedroom for storage, laundry etc. the spare room is fully furnished so if you ever have guests they are welcome to make use of this space for short visits.

Bills are not included in the rent and costs 225 extra on top of rent which cover sky tv and broadband and all the regular bills (council tax, tv license, water, gas, electric).
The flat has a separate kitchen and living area and one bathroom plus the 3 bedrooms. Skylights throughout, ensuring this top floor flat gets lots of natural light. Fully furnished house.

Excellent proximity to tube station only 2 minute walk away (Maida Vale on the well-connected Bakerloo line - only 2 stops from Paddington). Gastro pub at the end of our road; Tesco Express & Sainsbury’s a short walk away. Regents Park & Hyde Park both a 30 min walk away. There is also a lovely community park just round the back of the house that has a running track tennis courts cafe etc.

My name is Ruth and I am a working professional (35 yo) that work in sales for a start up in food and bev.
I am friendly, easygoing and social, but also like having some alone time. My hobbies include running, surfing and drawing/painting. Although my work keeps me more busy that I would like these days!!
I have been living in London for over 10 years now (originally from Cornwall), and looking for a like-minded housemate who want somewhere new to call home.
