Spacious Double Bedroom In Paddington!

Looking for someone to take my place in a three bedroom apartment for 3 months (until the end of December). My two house mates are the loveliest people you'll meet and are currently doing the LPC at BPP university. Both house mates are really accommodating and easy going.

The flat is in mooreshed mansions which is a beautiful building and is attached to the paddington recreational garden. The flat has 3 bathrooms, a spacious living area and kitchen. The other rooms are self contained which means you will have a spacious bathroom to yourself which is situated right next to the bedroom. Local amenities are close by including maida vale station which is a 5 minute walk away!

Urgently looking for someone to move in as I am currently away on a work placement. Ideally looking for a young professional/student as the current house mates are studying, they are also really friendly and would appreciate someone who doesn't mind shared living space!

NO deposit needed or guarantors etc! Only monthly rent and bills which have already been set up by one of the other flat mates.
