Hello there! My name is Arianna.
My lovely flatmate has decided to move to pastures new so I'm now looking for someone as nice as her to share this beautiful and cosy flat in Maida Vale.
A bit about the room...
The double bedroom available has large windows and plenty of storage. You'll have a large wardrobe, a high chest of drawers, an Ottoman double bed with storage space, a bedside table with 3 drawers, a full size mirror and a desk with an office chair.
A bit about the flat...
The flat is very bright, it has smoked oak wooden floor, high ceilings, large windows overlooking a park across the road. The flat has 3 bedrooms in total, one of which is shared and is used as study room or as an office if you're working from home. So it's only two of us in the flat.
The bathroom is brand new, it has wooden effect tiles, a shower with proper pressure (unlike most flats in London!) and a bath tub, a large towel heater, two huge mirrors and a modern fitted wooden cabinet with generous storage.
The kitchen is also brand new with a granite top and luxury wooden cabinets. All appliances are brand new and top quality. There is an AEG dishwasher, an AEG washer-dryer, a large size Kenwood fridge and freezer. The kitchen opens up to the living room with an area for eating and an area for chilling out.
A bit about the area...
There are many cafes, restaurants and grocery shops 5 mins walk away. You'll find excellent public transport, 3 tube stations are located within walking distance and 7 different buses go from around the corner.
Paddington Recreation Ground is 5 minutes walk away with running tracks, tennis courts, football and cricket pitches and a gym. The park also has beautiful rose gardens/quiet areas if you want to relax.
Who I'm looking for...
I'm looking for a friendly and easy-going person (preferably female), who is relaxed and respectful of other people's spaces. I am not into parties but I like to have a chat and share a cup of tea after work if you are in the mood for it!

The room is available from 11th January 2022.
Rent is £900 per calendar month plus bills (fix amount of £125; including TV licence, council tax, electricity, water, fast internet).
Viewings: I can do virtual or in person viewings, whichever is most convenient.
