The rooms are situated on the first, second and third floors of a converted Victorian terraced house.

Minimum age 21.

The rooms are fully furnished with Doubles Beds, wardrobes, chest of draws and bed side tables. I also have some art on the walls. Let me know if you like it. I can always remove it!

Close to the City Centre. Easy walk to Maida Vale and Paddington and Little Venice.

I love to run along the canal in the mornings.

Gas / Electric and Water are included are included. There is free internet in the building, which you are welcome to use. Council Tax is approx £15 a week per person.

To move in you will need to sign your e-sign tenancy agreement. You will need to pay one month deposit up front and one month rent up front.

I don't do any credit reference checks but I will need a home-owning guarantor. Someone who owns a house in England or Wales, please to be your guarantor. A friend or work colleague or family member. I don't mind.

To reserve a room I ask for a £150 holding fee which then goes towards your first months rent. You can pay this online, via bank transfer or in cash at the viewing.

Please note that the room is a double room but due to Council licences I am only allowed one occupant per room so no couples unless you want to take two rooms.
