Beautiful double room in Maida Vale mansion block

Hi!!

We’re looking for someone to join us in our beautiful three-bedroom Maida Vale flat from the 1st August.

The flat is in a lovely red-brick mansion block less than 10 minutes away from Warwick Avenue and Maida Vale tube stations on the Bakerloo line. We really love it here - it’s bright, airy and has a really nice kitchen and living room. The room is small and cosy but it’s got a double bed and you can still fit a desk in there in case you wfh!

The landlord has been great at resolving any issues we’ve had and the flat is really well looked after. The rent is £720 p/m with around £110 per month for bills with the recent increase. The deposit is a month and a half’s rent (we’re waiting on confirmation from our estate agents on this though).

You’d be moving in with me (25), a civil servant, and Nia (24) who works as a primary school teacher in a local school. We are both very friendly, easy-going gals who love a glass of wine and a good bit of ABBA/Harry Styles and looking for someone who likes the same! We love living in London and want to make the most of our time here, whether that be a good night out or a good night in.
We’d be so thrilled if we could find a like-minded young female professional who is friendly and sociable too as well as the classics; respectful, clean, tidy and reliable.
