- 20 min walking distance from Notting Hill
- the nearest tube stations are Maida Vale ( approx 8 min walk) Warwick Avenue( 15 min) or Westbourne Park( 15 min)

THE FUTURE FLATMATE:
- I'm looking for a nice and clean professional working office based. Partial work from home for 2-3 days would be okay.
- ideally someone in their late '20 or in their ‘30
