Double Ensuite, Room for rent, Notting Hill

Hey! I’m Pol (26), I’m looking for someone to sublet my room to while I’m away, from the 8th of December to the 8th of March, with the possibility to extend. You’d be living with 3 others, Jae (24), Shawn (23) and Linh (28), in our lovely flat in Notting hill, 5 mins from Portobello Road Market :)
It’s a small single room with a double bed and plenty of storage spaces. Our living room and kitchen are connected, well lit and comes with a very cool projector.
All of us living here are friendly, tidy and calm so we’d like someone who is similar to us and who we can get along with.
It is a very residential and safe area with lots of families and young professionals and it is also very well connected- the nearest station (Westbourne Park) is a 5-minute walk away and there are direct buses to Camden, Victoria, Paddington and Chelsea + there are shops, pharmacies etc. right across the street.
Rent would be £850 including all bills.

❗️ Disclaimer❗️ The landlord is currently trying to sell the flat, so there sometimes might be a viewing every 2 weeks or so, but we are on a two month notice so at the minimum you’d be able to stay 2 out of the 3 months. It’s been 4 months and they still haven’t found a seller so fingers crossed they’ll still take a while.
