(I have a clothing rack and rugs I could leave for you for a negotiable price.) The flat is on an elevated ground floor. The flat has a beautiful large kitchen with a laundry machine, refrigerator, gas stove, tumble dryer, electric oven, and dishwasher. My roommates own a rice cooker, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, and cookware that you are welcome to use. There is a living room with a couch that you will always be welcome to use.

There are tons of cute coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and delis in the area. There's even a 24/7 Tesco! The area is one of the safest neighborhoods in London and is always quiet. It's only a 3-minute walk away from the tube station on the Bakerloo line, which will take you to Paddington and Marylebone train stations, Oxford Circus (Oxford St.), Piccadilly Circus, Embankment, and Elephant and Castle, all within 15 minutes.
