Urgent Tenancy Swap Double Bedroom Maida Vale

Looking for somebody clean and tidy to move into our Flatmate's room from the 7th May until EITHER the 6th August 2024 (when the tenancy break clause ends), or longer should they wish to stay on. Our flatmate had to leave the flat suddenly due to unforeseen circumstances, therefore we need to find a replacement by the 7th May to cover their share of the rent.

Maida Vale is in the borough Westminster (cheapest council tax!), making it relatively central located and easy to commute anywhere. The nearest stations are Queens Park and Westbourne Park.

The flat features a separate living room, a kitchen, 2 toilets (one is also a bathroom), and 4 double bedrooms.

We are a 4 bedroom flat, however 1 of the 4 flatmates have left, so you get the peace and quiet of a 3 bedroom flat. We are under no obligation to pay rent for the 4th flatmate, as they've struck a deal with the landlord.

The flatmates who are present in the property are kind, respectful, clean and tidy, and we'd expect the same from anybody interested in the property.

There are faint water stains on one of the living room walls however the landlord is aware of the issue and is getting it resolved. The rent price listed on this ad is already slightly discounted (the landlord's offer) because of this .

As this is a tenancy swap, you would be required to prove your right to work in the UK and provide proof of income.

A deposit transfer of £980 would also be required during the move-in process, all certified by Chestertons Safe Deposit Scheme.
