I’m moving in with my boyfriend so sadly have to leave the flat! I have lived here for 3.5 years now and absolutely love the flat and the area.
About the flat …
The flat is lovely, bright and spacious with a shared front room that looks onto Paddington Rec park, also with a large kitchen so great if you love cooking and a private shared garden which is great for BBQs in the summer! Cozy double room with built in wardrobe. It can be furnished or unfurnished if you have your own things. There is also space in the front room for an office desk and chair if you WFH. We also have a cleaner that comes every fortnight.
The flat is in the heart of Maida Vale, 6 min walk to Maida Vale station, 10 min walk to Warwick Avenue or 20 min walk to Paddington station. It’s a quiet and safe area, with lots of buses and restaurants, bars and shops nearby! If you like to keep fit there is also a running track and gym in the park.

Keeley: Physio who loves running, wine, dancing to ABBA and a good book! Aussie
Charlotte: Works in marketing, loves to cook up a storm and loves trash reality TV.
We love spending time with each other, which includes but not limited to; traveling, cooking dinner, going out for a boogie and sitting on the couch, doing nothing together. We would love to have someone who wants to come along for the ride!
Bills
- we all just put money into the house account each month to save on admin. If we have any left over we go out for dinner or buy something for the house.
