We are very conveniently located only a short 5 minute walk from Warwick Avenue station, or if you prefer, a 15 minute stroll down the canal to Paddington. The local area is very residential with lovely cafes, shops, pubs and a cinema.
You would be living with 2 great flatmates who both work full time. We are looking for a new flatmate who would be friendly, tidy, get on with everyone and think of our place as their home.
Rent is £1,250 pcm and bills come in on top between £100-£150 per person in winter which includes gas/electric broadband and council tax. Fortnightly cleaning is arranged by the Landlord and is included in the rent.
