£71 for all other bills (Wi-Fi, water and council tax band E) excluding gas and electricity which is paid monthly from the meter readings, but is around £45 per month each. We are also looking to get a cleaner one every two weeks so there would be a small additional cost for this. So this is approx £1050 per month, but this can change a little.
I have been living in the flat for 4 years and Izzy has been here for a year. Our flatmate is sadly moving in with her boyfriend after 4 years here. We are both 28.
We are looking for someone of a roughly similar age who works full time, Monday to Friday, to take over her room when our lease renews on the 10th August.
The room can be furnished or unfurnished, or you can choose to keep some bits of furniture and not others. There is the option here to have a king size or single bed, or bring your own! We have a shared bathroom with a shower/bath and a fully stocked kitchen. The room has a big sash window and is double glazed. It faces a very quiet street and gets beautiful evening sun. There is space for a desk, should you need to work from home.
The whole flat is really bright and airy and, alongside the garden, we are only 2 minutes from Paddington Recreation Ground.
Less than 10 minute walk from Bakerloo line and Maida Vale tube station.
15 minute walk to the Hammersmith and City/ Circle line from Westbourne Park.
20 minute walk from Paddington.
We are two friendly and relaxed friends, who have lived together for a year. We both work full time, Monday to Friday, and we are looking for someone with a similar schedule. We tend to work from home a bit, but we are in the office 3-4 days a week and looking for someone who is similar. We are definitely wfh Friday people. We are social and enjoy spending time as a flat (e. g. flat dinners, dinner out, pub nights, film nights) but also respect each others space. We love cooking and terrible tv and we have a flourishing plant collection. We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy and happy to muck in with flat life.
