Double room in bright Maida Vale flat

Hi SpareRoom. Sadly our flatmate is moving out to live with his girlfriend. Good news is that we have a room become available and looking for someone to fill it. Available from September though there is flexibility either side!

Flat: Top floor 3 bed, with a decently sized living room and kitchen. Got everything you need to cook including a dishwasher and coffee machine. The room itself is on the smaller side with no desk - because there’s no desk in two of the rooms we usually alternate when working at home between the living room and kitchen (I’m in the office 2/3 days a week).

Us: Me (Angus) and Tim. I work in data and Tim does something to do with computers. Friends from back home and I moved in last year though Tim has had the place for 3 years. We’re pretty fond of the place and would be great to have someone move in that likes it too. Ideally showers. Both pretty laid back, like going to the gym, climbing, eating out.

Logistics: Located in Maida Vale it’s a 5 minute walk from Warwick Avenue station and around 15 from Paddington where there’s a gym. It usually takes around 30 mins to get to the city by tube or bike and around 20 to Oxford Circus / soho. Nearest pubs are great - The Prince Alfred and The Elgin. There’s a Tesco is a 7 minute walk away and Aldi a 15 minute walk away, and a deli and post office at the end of the street. Paddington Rec is a 2 min walk with an athletics track and a calisthenics gym if that’s yours thing.
