**Professional Females Preferred**
Hi,
My flatmate is moving out so I’m looking for a new one.
The bedroom has a double bed with a bedside table and built in double wardrobe and built in double storage shelves above. The room is south facing so you get really lovely sunsets in the summer. The bedroom has a bathroom in the corridor which is mainly yours but the shower is used between the both of us. The bathroom consists of a bath, toilet, sink and under sink storage.
There is a good size living/ dining room with a balcony and a separate kitchen.
The bedrooms are located either end of the corridor so you can have your space/ peace and quiet after a long day.
The flat (living room) is South facing so you get a nice sunset through the windows and it's not facing the road, so it's fairly quiet - but come on, this is London so going more than 10 mins of not hearing a siren is never going to happen. The whole flat has had new carpets fitted in recently so it’s nice a plush on your feet.
In the kitchen, we have a fridge / freezer, washer/ dryer and all the bits you'll ever need to cook with.
The living room has two double sofas (one of which is a sofa bed, so you can easily have guests stay over), an extendable dining table, smart TV, and a balcony with a small BBQ.
About me:
I’m a TV Producer, have been working in Telly for the last 10 years and I really enjoy it. In my spare time, I like to go out for meals with my friends, swim, go to the gym and all the general things everyone else does. I’m not big on parties, I’m more of a dinner party with some friends instead.
The Area/ Transport Links:
The nearest stations are Warwick Avenue, Maida Vale, Paddington and Royal Oak. Oxford Street is 20 mins away, so though it's zone 2, it's very close to central.
There is a good connection to all bus routes.
There is a Tesco Express at the end of the road, an Aldi a 10 minute walk away on Edgware Road, Gails Bakery, doctors, dentists etc. Loads of really cute unique shops and cafes too.
Paddington Recreational Grounds is a 5 min walk away (with a free access to a running track and outdoor gym). There is also a gym within the grounds (Everyone Active) with access to tennis (with and without membership), squash courts etc.
Royal Oak has an outdoor gym and it's about 8 mins walk. As well as The Porchester Spa & Gym (part of Everyone Active gym as well), there are two swimming pools, a plunge pool, sauna, steam rooms, Turkish baths - you name it!
The nearest local is a gorgeous pub called The Waterway right on the canal, great for a drink on a late summer evening or the Prince Alfred just around the corner with a cute fireplace for the cold evenings. The canal is lush, you can cycle up and down it to Camden and other places - I've done it, it's very picturesque. Cute picnic spaces on the Little Venice triangle for the summer.
The Paddington Basin is also less than 10 mins away with restaurants such as: Zizzi's, Smith's Bar & Grill, Starbucks, Macy Green, Bondi Green, Pizza Express etc.
The room is £1200.00 a month, this includes everything: rent, council tax, gas & electricity, water, internet & TV license.
There is parking outside, free on the weekends but if you have a car, you can get a parking permit.
People who have stayed with us in the past have said they feel homely here, so hoping you can too. You’d be taking over the tenancy agreement with me.
If it sounds like a bit of you then get in touch and come check out the room.
Thanks
Rx
