Room for rent in beautiful mews house!

Room available for rent this 17th August in the loveliest mews house located in Maida Vale, around the corner from Little Venice and Warwick Ave, and just a short walk away from Paddington Station and Hyde Park.

The room is available this mid-August, with the ideal move in date being between August 17-20th, however, we can be flexible for an earlier move in date.

We are a creative, fun, and kind household that enjoys good food together, listening to music, and hanging out on our roof or patio. We're quite the international bunch, with Swedish, English, and Ukrainian heritage -- working as an artist, in music, and in the film industry. Room
The room is spacious and cozy, with a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, and nightstand, as well as space for your own furniture.. Some of the furniture is optional and we are flexible in general. The room is available from 17th August but can be flexible for an earlier move-in date.

Rent includes all bills (gas & electric, water, council tax, fast fibre optic broadband, tv license). Rent also includes a house cleaner who comes every other week and a filtered-water system we recently had installed in the kitchen.

There is no agency, so no admin or agency fees.

House
The house is huge - it is spread over three floors. One bedroom and studio room on ground floor and our utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and lots of space for drying clothes and hanging coats. There is also storage under the staircase, and a big shoe rack along the first set of stairs. .

The First floor is the main living area - it's a nice big open plan space with wooden flooring and three double door balcony windows, kitchen with breakfast bar area, huge dining table for 10 people, and sofa/chill out area with a triple sofa and double sofa - with a TV with sky Q. There is also a big bathroom on the first floor with a shower, toilet, etc. The third floor has three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub., toilet, etc

The house is on a lovely cobbled mews with a garden area out front with a table and chairs, grill, and lots of lovely plants where we spend many summer eve's hanging out. We also have access to the roof top - big plus and such a lovely spot to soak up the sun!

Neighbourhood
It is a friendly and creative neighbourhood with friendly neighbours always up for a chat on the cobbles. When I moved in, I was completely new to the area and didn't know anyone. It was easy to make friends, meet neighbours, and build a community that truly felt like home.

The flat is located in a very connectable area: 7 mins to Portobello market, 15-20 min walk to Hyde Park, 7 mins walk to Warwick Ave (Bakerloo line), 5 min walk to Westbourne Park (Hammersmith & City and Circles), and 15 minute walk to Paddington Station (Bakerloo, Elizabeth, District, Circle, Hammersmith & City, National Rail). It is also 5 mins from a beautiful park and garden cafe shop. Great bus links around town too, and very convenient to cycle or walk anywhere.
