Huge double room with it’s own separate bathroom to rent in Maida Vale.
The flat is located 10 min walk from Maida Vale Station and Westbourne Park station.

I am currently moving out after living here for 3 years.
I am looking for someone to replace me in my room, with one year renewal contract.
Current flatmate is a lovely guy, early 30s, who keeps to himself but also likes to socialise at times.
He is a professional and he is very clean.

The room has a huge wardrobe and a walk in wardrobe space as well for extra storage.
The bathroom is very big, and you’ll be using alone.

Bills are around £150 a month.

The room is available from the 5th of October
