8 mins walk from Westbourne Park tube station with good transport links to central London. Portobello Road Market is about 15mins walk from the house. The canal is just down the road, and there’s a good selection of shops & restaurants on Harrow Road only a couple of minutes walk from the house.

The house is on three levels with the kitchen & toilet downstairs and the bedrooms on the first & second floor. There are four bedrooms in total and the one available is on the 1st floor. The main bathroom is on the second floor. There also a garden/patio area.

The room comes unfurnished with a possibility to purchase the bed & mattress already in situ for a reasonable price. The rent is £613 a month with a deposit of £576 + £50 admin fee. Bills are not included and are roughly around £80 a month. (It will be a bit higher in the winter). You would be added to the contract that runs until March 2026 after passing the references checks with the agency.

You would be sharing with three friendly girls all in their late 20s.

Room 1, 28, part-time nanny. Likes gigs, hanging out with friends, traveling, learning languages etc. Social but very much enjoys being by herself.

Room 2, 29, Director's assistant in film & tv. Works full-time during the week away from home. Mixture of chilling and going out on the weekends. Sometimes brings back snacks and household stuff from work to share. Half British/French. Owns a PS5, PS4, Switch, DS, 3DS, and a Wii that you're welcome to use.

Room 3, 28, camera department in film & tv. L ikes exploring new activities, areas and venues as well as spending time on her own playing league of legends. Can bring snacks from time to time as well. Slovenian.
