The flat: A 2 bedroom flat in a mansion block in Maida Vale, right opposite BBC Maida Vale Studios. One double bedroom is available for rent with move in date flexible. The room and flat comes fully furnished, but please feel free to put your own spin on things as I would love for you to feel at home. The room is super bright, it also overlooks a tennis club so you can guarantee a good nights sleep! The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared between flatmates.

Location: 7 minutes walk to either Warwick Avenue or Maida Vale Stations (both Bakerloo line). 15 minute walk to Paddington and St Johns's Wood station (Jubilee line). Super quick connections by bus into the city as well as trains to Heathrow Airport!

Current flatmate: You'll be living with my boyfriend Howard whilst I am seconded abroad for work. He works from the office most of the time and is a laid back guy. You'll find Howard at the gym, traveling with friends or in the kitchen perfecting his baking! Ideally he would like a male flatmate in his late 20s/early 30s who will respect the flat and also be a friend!

Price: Rent is £1050/month with all bills included; Wi-Fi, gas/water and Netflix etc. Minimum rental period is 6 months but we hope you'll be around longer than that :)
