Bright and airy flat over 2 floors with open plan kitchen and living room. You will be sharing a bathroom with Emma. Diana is on the second floor and has her own bathroom. There is a massive cupboard/attic for extra storage.
The room:
The room is spacious and fills with lots of natural light. Comes with the bed, mattress, side table and mirror. There is no wardrobe, but hanging rails that I can leave for a price
Bills:
All bills including energy, tax, water and internet come to around £108 per person per month.
The area:
Queen's Park is a trendy area with leafy streets, beautiful parks, and great tube and bus links. The flat is conveniently located a 5min walk from Queen's Park station and about a 12min walk from Westbourne Park station making it a breeze to explore London. Everything you need is a 5min walk to Salisbury Road including your trendy brunch spots, restaurants, delis, Gail's Sainsbury's, Co-op, M&S, gym and more. There is also wonderful Farmers Market every Sunday from 10:00-2:00

You will be sharing with 2 lovely Australian girls, Diana and Emma. Both working professionals who love to have fun, socialize, cook, watch movies, follow football, drink wine, travel etc.
