The flat:
It is cozy two bedroom flat. All windows are double-glazed. The living room is converted into bedroom for an existing tenant. The kitchen has all appliances - washing machine, large fridge, gas stove and oven, toaster, kettle.
There is a small roof terrace surrounded by trees and it's perfect for morning coffee cup or just resting.

The bills:
Yearly Council Tax is around 700£ per flat.
Super fast Sky Broadband is 43£ per month, split between two tenants.
Energy bills vary throughout the year and sent to us every other month. It would average around 60£ per person per month.

The room:
The room has a lot of build-in storage and wardrobe, new double mattress, table, shelves, couch, double-glazed window. The room is on the sunny side so it is bright all-day long.

Current tenant:
A professional lady in her 50s, working in Mayfair as a Head of Department in a luxury hotel. Her interests are books, gardening and traveling.

New tenant preference:
Preferably a female over 30yo, professional, ideally in a senior position, non smoker. Sadly no pets allowed.
Must be happy with providing references from previous landlord and current employer.

Move-in date could be flexible.
