The room is available as one of our friends has moved out with her boyfriend. The flat is split into 3 levels with each bedroom on a different floor so has a sense of privacy for sure.
We are not a party house at all means. We take turns cleaning and ensure that any shared spaces are maintained to the standard we would expect. We would need someone mature, who respects everyone’s privacy! The bills are all included so there’s nothing else to worry about apart from paying the rent!
