We have 2 lovely double rooms available from 12th November in a beautiful 3 storey 4 bedroom house in a gated private mews in Maida Vale.

All the bills (energy, water, council tax, internet, TV license) are around £112 per month at the moment.

Room 1 available - large en-suite double bedroom furnished with double bed, closet. (shelves, desk, chair are not included; shelves can be bought from the previous tenant)

Room 2 available - large size double, with a desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, has its own toilet nextdoor and sink. Additional shelving outside the room and cupboards. Bathroom (shower) is on the top floor (shared by 3). Additionally own access to the patio directly from the room.

There is an opportunity to move your stuff sooner, we have lots of storage space.

The area is very well connected with public transport - lots of buses, including night once and about 10 minutes walk to Maida Vale (Bakerloo) and Westbourne Park (Hammersmith&City, Circle lines) tube stations. 15 mins by bus to Marble Arch, 10 mins to Paddington.

There are shops and supermarkets nearby and lots of nice restaurants and pubs. Walking distance to Notting Hill, Little Venice, Paddington Recreation groud.

You would be sharing with 2 girls (28 and 33 years old - Ukrainian and Slovenian). We like socialising, but also respect each other's space. We're looking for someone lovely, friendly and tidy, who would equally enjoy having a dinner/watching a movie together and chilling on their own :)
