Beautiful large room in leafy Maida Vale🏡

Hello!

Come and live with me in this darling 2-bedroom flat in Maida Vale. Your room will be a spacious double room with a comfy couple bed, two large wardrobes, bedside table and large set of draws.

🎭 I will be your flatmate! I'm a 26 year old maths PhD student, who also does some freelance speaking and writing. I love theatre (especially musicals), and have recently got into climbing. I'm looking for a flatmate who can become a friend. I have a group of local friends with whom I do a weekly pub quiz, which you'd be welcome to join too!

🪴 The flat includes a kitchen (equipped with all the usuals plus a decent-sized freezer, and I have things like a smoothie maker, cake tin, aeropress etc. which you would be welcome to use!); a large living room overlooking gardens and a synagogue, already equipped with sofas, ikea storage, a shared bathroom with bath/shower combo.

🌳 We also have an informal agreement that we can use the garden whenever we would like. We get on well with the neighbours in the building, and they are great people. I've been living here for a year now and it's been lovely.

- A 10 minute walk from Little Venice, complete with it's canals, cafes, and the Canal Cafe Theatre
- Less than 10 minutes from Paddington Rec, a park with a free to use running track, gym, tennis courts, and nature areas
- Many local pubs which are great for pub quizzes, and sports matches!
- A three minute walk from Tesco
- Lots of cute local cafes!

🚇 Transport
- Less than 5 minutes walk from Maida Vale tube station
- 15 minute walk from Paddington Station (with the Heathrow Express, and trains to places such as Cariff and Exeter)
- Local buses to Oxford Street, Waterloo, and various other places

Bills not included but have recently been about £65 per person per month.

Council tax band E (£1192) with a 25% reduction (working out at £477 per person per year)
