Bright, airy Maida Vale room

Looking for someone to move into my lovely Maida Vale room as I head for a move to New Zealand.

The Room:
A lovely bright room at the back of the flat which I have absolutely loved living in. The room is fully furnished, with big sash windows, faces the garden and gets beautiful morning sun. There is plenty of space for a desk, should you need to work from home.

The Flat:
Cosy and, bright flat in a lovely quiet location with a large shared garden - only 2 minutes from Paddington Recreation Ground. We have a shared bathroom with a shower/bath and a fully stocked kitchen. There are many houseplants dotted round the flat, but the more the merrier!

- Less than 10 minute walk from Bakerloo line and Maida Vale tube station.
- 15 minute walk to the Hammersmith and City/ Circle line from Westbourne Park.
- 20 minute walk from Paddington.

The People:
Looking for a fun and friendly flatmate, who is up for joining in on flat dinners, film nights and trips to the farmers marke or local pub quiz! As busy professional women we respect each others space and need for a quiet night, but love to have someone who'll get stuck into flat life and be a friendly face after a long days work!

You'd be living with Martha (28) - a lawyer who loves crafting and cooking delicious food, and Lottie (29) - a taxi advisor who has an infinite knowledge of films and celeb culture! Both do a mix of office and WFH days.

The Boring Bits:
£923 Rent + £60 for all other bills (Wi-Fi, water and council tax band E) excluding gas and electricity which is paid monthly from the meter readings.

Rent is paid in on the 10th month. Preferably looking to fill the room for the 10th November or the weekend after.
