Queens Park Double Bedroom for Rent

Hello! I am looking for a new flatmate to replace my flatmate who is moving out mid November. The property is a lovely split level in Queens Park, under 10 minutes walk from the station.

The property had brand new carpets installed throughout last year and the landlords are changing the bedroom windows to double glazed in the coming weeks (!).

It is a lovely flat with a shared living room and bathroom with a second additional toilet. I am looking for a professional female to join the flat for the rest of the tenancy until October 2025.

I would love to find a roommate who I can also be friends with who also respects each other’s privacy!
