Spacious double room in Queens Park!

I am looking for someone to take over my flatmates room in a a lovely two bed flat in Queens Park. The flat is a five minute walk from Queens Park station with the Bakerloo Line and Overground and about a twenty minute walk from Brondesbury Park Overground.

The flat is spacious with a separate kitchen living room. The double room available is spacious and fully furnished. Some of the items in the picture belong to my flatmate but the room has a double bed, full chest of drawers and wardrobe. We’ve made the flat really cosy over the past two years that we’ve been living here, so looking for someone respectful, clean and tidy. Looking for one person, no couples.

The house is on a lovely quiet street and the other flats in the building are super friendly and we get along very well. The lease is up at the end of July.

I work in advertising and work from home 95% of the time, so I’m looking for someone who is mainly in the office so we aren’t on top of each other. Not a party flat at all, but love a good pub trip, movie night with win or get together. I’m a pretty chilled, laid back person who is a real housewives superfan, obsessed with spin classes and loves a good or book.

Rent is £840 with bills usually coming to around £100ish
The room will available from end of December/January.
