We have a living space available within our top floor flat in a mansion block in Maida Vale. The location provides easy access to central London.
The accommodation layout has your living area at the front of the property. Your space includes a double bedroom, a light-filled sitting room, and a kitchen with small balcony. The rear section of the property contains a study (used by the owner) and a guest bedroom.
The bathroom and loo will be primarily for your private use, though with occasional sharing only when the guest room or study is in use. Likewise the kitchen may occasionally be used.
Building residents have access to a large and well-maintained communal garden.
The neighborhood is residential and quiet, with good local amenities. The tube station, an overground station and several bus routes are within a short walking distance. Paddington Recreation Ground offers tennis courts, a gym, and running track.
Rent is £1,200 per month including all bills. The flat may come furnished, part furnished or unfurnished as suits. Available from the second week of January, though earlier by negotiation. No smoking. Must like dogs.
