I’ll be away over Christmas till mid January and am therefore subletting my room. I live with a couple, and share kitchen and living room with them. They live on the floor above with their own bathroom.
The room consists of a double bed, desk, wardrobe etc. you get a bathroom for yourself- which is placed directly opposite the bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, dryer and washing machine. The living room and kitchen is connected, and has a big couch and TV. Both the kitchen and living room is on the same floor as the room you would rent.
All bills are included, as is WiFi.
