Hi! I’m looking for a housemate beginning mid-March (or earlier - negotiable) for a beautiful furnished & well-equipped flat in Maida Vale. Tax band is G.

8 min walk to Maida Vale (Bakerloo), 8 min walk to Warwick Avenue (Bakerloo), 10-12min walk to Westbourne Park (Hammersmith & City, Circle). The neighborhood is lovely - the flat is next to great corner stores, a dry cleaner, Italian and Greek shops, cute restaurants, and within walking distance of 2 Tesco expresses and a Sainsbury's.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with space for 2 desks, a kitchen and a balcony. You would be getting the bedroom with the ensuite bathroom - rent is currently 1680 for this but TBD upon contract renewal with the landlady.
