Location is great, nearby we have Little Venice, the Paddington Rec ground (running track, park, football, tennis facilities, gym, etc) and it's just 5-10 minutes by walk to Warwick Avenue and Maida Vale tube stations depending on how fast you walk.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and large wardrobe and is available from 27th November.

It's a fairly quiet location, I use one bedroom as a study so there'd just be the two of us living here.
There's a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine.

I've been living here for four months now and love the central location near the canals of Little Venice and Paddington. I also like to run in nearby Regents Park.
