Double room in Queen’s Park

I’m going travelling for a few months and looking to sublet my room from the 1/2/24-1/5/24 (some flexibility on the move out date)

The place is a 3 bedroom maisonette in a great location - a 7 minute walk from Queen’s Park station (Bakerloo and overground) and a 15 minute walk to Westbourne Park (Hammersmith and City), as well as multiple bus routes

The room is a big double room, furnished with two wardrobes, chest of drawers, desk and large mirror
The house comes with a shared living room, shared kitchen, bathroom, extra toilet and a garden

You’ll be sharing with Ben and Georgia, two professionals in their late 20s
They’re both easy going, clean and tidy, enjoy socialising together but also have their own things going on and we are looking for someone similar!

Rent is £850 and then bills are roughly £120 a month
