One of our flatmates is moving out so we are looking for someone to take over their contract until mid September (with the possibility of renewing for 12 months afterwards).

The rent for the room is £1,035 and this includes all bills (Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax, Internet & Tv Licence, Cleaner) and a cleaner that comes by every monday to take care of the communal areas (kitchen/bathroom/hallway).

Furnising wise, the room comes with a double bed, a set of drawers and a double built-in wardrobe with shelving and hanging space.

The room has loads of storage, gets plenty of sunlight during the day (summer and winter!), overlooks tennis courts and is a 2 min walk to the nearing gym. There are plenty of cafes and food options nearby and a 24hr Tesco Express 10 mins away.

The current housemates are a mix of working professionals between 24 and 32 years old who are all friendly and welcoming :)
