Looking for a working professional to take over a nice ensuite double bed in lovely Madia Vale area next to Paddington. The room is large and spacious and has a great living room and kitchen with great windows and light.

The room comes fully furnished, apart from the desk which is mine. The room will be available from the 27th July and has a year left on the current contract. There is some possibility that it could be available the 27th June as well.

Well connected to the bakerloo line (madia vale/Warwick Avenue ~10 min walk), or Hammersmith and City/Circle (Westbourne Park ~10 min walk) for easy connection to the city.

There are lovely parks nearby, Paddington Recreation Grounds is ~10 min walk and you can get to Hyde Park in ~25min walking.

The current tenants are 2 working professionals in marketing and a masters student at UCL. They enjoy watching sports, watching tv shows and grabbing the occasional drink at some of the very nice pubs in the area.
