I am looking for someone to take over my lease and take this room in my gorgeous, sunny, room in a quiet but cozy West-London apartment from October 1st - July 31, 2026. You will be living with two other girls age 25/26. Looking for someone else clean, and queer friendly.
Rent: £890/month + bills. and a £1096 deposit
Area: 7 minute walk from Westbourne Park Station
About the apartment: The room is on the smaller side but has lovely large windows and a full door that can open up to expose a fake balcony. There is a stand up wardrobe and under bed storage There is one bathroom that is shared between three people, and we have a separate living space and kitchen. the kitchen is a great size considering the size of the apartment, and gets lots of beautiful natural light. We also have a piano!
