Large en-suite double room in Maida Vale

Available from June 28th or July 5th.

We’re Ben (28) and Jared (23), both professionals who work in tech. The room is Harry’s, who’s moving out to live with his girlfriend.

The room is great, it has three large south-facing windows, high ceilings, and loads of storage space. The kitchen has gas hobs which is a bonus.

The location is perfect, we’re right next to Maida Vale station, which is 20 mins from Liverpool Street thanks to the Elizabeth Line. We’re also within walking distance of Paddington Recreation Ground, a park with tennis courts, a gym, and a running track.

Me, Jared, and Harry met each other on SpareRoom originally and have become quite good friends. I’m currently a Founder in Residence trying to found an AI start up, and Jared’s an avid Tottenham fan and part-time traveler.

We both work 4-5 days in the office a week and are relatively busy, but are typically up for a chat in the evenings. We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and fits in with that dynamic!
