I am looking for someone to move into my room in Maida Vale. The flat is a 2 bed flat with great transport links to Queens Park, Maida Vale and Westbourne Park. The Paddington recreation ground is a short walk and Portobello Road is walkable in 15 minutes! The flat comes fully furnished. Bills are not included and standard referencing will apply. The area is residential, quiet and family-orientated. There is one year left on my tenancy and this can be extended if needed. The landlord is great and very helpful to come and fix things if anything ever breaks. The room is cosy but comes with 2 storage closets and more around the flat so space is no issue.
