Large Double Bedroom - Maida Vale/Maida Hill

Large double bedroom available in the Maida Hill area! We are looking for a female flatmate to move into our 3 bed flatshare. We have lived here for a year and really enjoy it! A little about the flat/area/us:

Room:
* Double bedroom, second floor
* Bed frame, mattress, and large Ikea wardrobe included
* 1270 per month (without bills)
* Bills come out to about 140 per month (inclusive of electricity, water, wifi, council tax)

Ground floor: Kitchen, living room, bedroom #1
Mezzanine: Stair landing with two bathrooms
First floor: Bedroom #2 (for rent) & Bedroom #3

Area:
* Well connected area: 10 minute walk to Westbourne Park Station (Circle & Hammersmith & City), 10 minute walk to Queens Park station (Bakerloo/Overground), 15 minute walk to Maida Vale station (Bakerloo)
* 20 minute walk to Portobello Road/Notting Hill
* Shops: 5 minute walk to Sainsburys Local; 5 minute walk to Co-op; 10 minute walk to M&S
* We love living here - it is much quieter than a lot of other London neighbourhoods but still located close to central and well connected!

About us:
* Two females, age 24 &25
* We love a wine night, evening walk, cooking, an occasional night out, etc. We both tend to be out of the house quite a bit and keep busy.
* My flatmate has an eight year old cat named Juno. He is super friendly & calm and never bitten or scratched anyone; he may just rub against your legs for some pets or meow for treats!
* We are looking for someone clean, as we really like to keep the place tidy and peaceful!
