Three newly renovated and welcoming double rooms with high ceiling are available for rent in our very spacious flat. Currently we are looking for two tenants, but later three in total when we have permit to rent to more than two tenants.

The flat is conveniently located at W9 in Maida Vale, in between Warwick Avenue and Royal Oak underground stations and within minutes’ walk to No 18, 36, 31, 328, 6 and other bus stops. The rooms are ideal for young professionals or postgraduate students.

Room 1: The room is exceptionally spacious (23m2), and has a double bed with ottoman storage, bedside tables and lamps, large wardrobes, cabinet, armchair, and space for additional furniture. A desk/chair can be provided if requested. There is a private balcony for the tenant's use. Please see photos of Room1.

Room 2: The room is exceptionally spacious (23m2), and has a king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, large wardrobes, chest of drawers, armchair, and a desk with chair. Please see photos of Room2.

Room 3: The spacious and very sunny room is equipped with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, large wardrobes, and a cabinet. There is a separate and very cozy study room that is rented together with this bedroom, which provides an excellent working/studying environment. The study is furnished with desk, chair, cabinet, and bookshelves. Photos of this room and the study will be available later.

The flat is fully equipped. The large eat-in kitchen is perfect for socializing, and in additional to a full-sized table and chairs, has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and pantry space. Additionally, the flat has one bathroom and a separate toilet, and utility space with a washing machine and tumble dryer. It also has a very spacious entrance hall for coats and shoes.

Rent at £1525, £1475, and £1425 per month respectively is inclusive of bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, and WiFi).
