Two newly renovated and welcoming double rooms with high ceiling are available for rent in our very spacious flat. All bills included. We are looking for one tenant only for the moment and so you can chose which room to occupy.

The flat is conveniently located at W9 in Maida Vale, in between Warwick Avenue and Royal Oak underground stations and within minutes’ walk to No 18, 36, and many other bus stops. Please use post code W9 2AP to check for your travel distance.

The two rooms are both upstairs. There is another large room downstairs, and is occupied by a quiet and hard working professional lady.

Room 1 at £1375: The room is exceptionally spacious (23m2), and has a king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, large wardrobes, chest of drawers, armchair, and a desk with chair. Please see photos.

Room 2 at £1325: The spacious and very sunny room is equipped with a double bed with ottoman storage, bedside tables and lamps, large wardrobes, and a cabinet. There is a separate and very cozy study room that is rented together with this bedroom, which provides an excellent working/studying environment. The study is furnished with desk, chair, cabinet, and bookshelves. Photos of this room and the study will be available later.

The flat is fully equipped. The large eat-in kitchen is perfect for socializing, and in additional to a full-sized table and chairs, has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and pantry space. Additionally, the flat has one bathroom and a separate toilet, and utility space with a washing machine and tumble dryer. It also has a very spacious entrance hall for coats and shoes.

Rent at £1375 for room 1 and £1325 for room 2 per month respectively, inclusive of bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, and WiFi).
