Looking for great flatmates to share this spacious 3-bed, 2-bath apartment in Lauderdale Mansions. I’m an engineer in my mid-twenties and would love to create a relaxed, homely space with people I enjoy living with.

The flat is set within a stunning red-brick mansion block and has recently been refurbished. It has three fantastic bedrooms, two bathrooms (including an en suite), a large reception room with a feature fireplace, and a separate fully fitted kitchen with a dining area. The whole place is bright throughout and looks onto beautifully kept private gardens, giving it a really peaceful feel.

We’re in an amazing location - right in Maida Vale, with Warwick Avenue, Maida Vale, and Royal Oak stations all close by (Zone 2, Bakerloo + Circle/H&C lines). The flat is in Council Tax Band F. There are plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, and canal walks nearby, so it’s a lovely area to call home!

I’m Emily, 25, and I recently moved back to London after a couple of years away. I am an engineer and I’m excited to settle into this area. Outside of work, I’m into boxing, climbing, and pretty much any sport. I love going to events, spending time outdoors, and reading. I’m also really interested in tech and entrepreneurship.

I’m easygoing, tidy, and respectful of personal space, but I also enjoy cooking together, hanging out, or heading out for a weekend adventure. I’d love to live with people who are friendly, chilled, and up for making the flat feel like a proper home.
