The room is a fully furnished double with a comfy bed and a built-in wardrobe offering loads of storage. You'll be sharing the shower room with just one of the current flatmates.
The flat has all the essentials: a living room with a lovely view, a dishwasher, washer/dryer AND a separate clothes dryer! We also have access to a beautiful communal garden and are a quick walk away from Paddington Recreation Ground. Westminster Council Tax, Band F.
You’ll be sharing with two professionals: Inez (28) and Tallulah (27). You’ll also be sharing with Tallulah’s dog Byron who is super sweet!
Note: The flat is on the 4th floor and while there’s no lift it’s a great built-in daily workout!
Move-in date is flexible – anytime between now and the end of September.
