Short-term room in Maida Vale flatshare

Hi there

We are looking for a short-term flatmate to fill a spare room in our flat in Maida Vale. You would be living with a 25y/o Aussie male and 27y/o Polish female, both young professionals. The room is available from 7 September until 30 November.

We are looking for another young professional or postgraduate student to join our flat between September and November. We are keen to live with someone very tidy, and who ideally works from the office / goes to university at least 3-4 days a week. No smokers/pets.

The room has a double bed, a very large wardrobe (pictured) and a desk - monitors not included!

You would also share a spacious kitchen, living room and bathroom with the other two flatmates.

The flat is situated in a recently renovated mansions block, looking out onto Paddington Recreational Ground, and is a 7 min walk from Maida Vale Station and 20 min walk from Paddington.

The rent is exclusive of bills, which are approx. £110p/m (including council tax, wifi, TV license and Sky). Fortnightly cleaning is included in the price.
