Hello! I’m looking for someone (a female preferably as the bathroom is shared with another girl) to replace me as a tenant at our flat. The rent is £1,025 per month excluding bills and the deposit is £1,200 for the tenancy. Our monthly bills amount to around £70 - £80 per person per month and these include wifi, water, energy.
