I’m currently moving out of my room in W9 and urgently need a replacement tenant this week.
The flat consists of 3 other girls in their 20’s who are all super friendly, clean and sociable.
I’ve lived here for 2 years and the flat and area are so lovely.
The room originally came unfurnished but I am keen to leave my furniture to the new tenant at an extra cost (happy to deliberate).
Consists of a double bed, mattress, bedside table & wardrobe.
We have a large communal garden (amazing in summer) and within walking distance to a 24hr tesco, sainsburys and Aldi. Pubs, parks and shops all nearby. 5 min walk to Maida Vale station.
