Cosy Room in Beautiful 3-Bed Maida Vale Flat

A cosy room is available in a beautiful 3 bed apartment, Victorian converted mansion in the heart of Maida Vale. The room is private, close to the shared bathroom and has plenty of storage space, with an Ottoman double bed, two large wardrobes and a bedside table.

You'd be sharing the flat with us, Emanuele and Carlo, two Italian Law students doing a Master's at King's College London. We're looking for, preferably, another student, although we're flexible. We are sociable, friendly, clean and orderly, and would surely appreciate the occasional chat or pint at the pub.

The flat suits every student's need, with excellent public transportation with 3 tube stations a short walk away and 7 different buses from around the corner. The flat is in a residential neighbourhood and there are many cafes, restaurants and grocery shops around.

The flat has recently been renovated to high-quality standards. The kitchen has a granite top and luxury wooden cabinets. All appliances are top quality and quite new. There is an AEG dishwasher, an AEG washer-dryer, an AEG double oven, a large size Kenwood fridge and freezer. The kitchen opens up to the living room with an area for eating and an area for chilling out.

The bathroom has wooden effect tiles from Italy, shower and bath tub, a large towel heater, two huge mirrors and a spacious fitted wooden cabinet.

Paddington Recreation Ground is 5 min walk away with running tracks, tennis courts, football and cricket pitches and a gym. The park also has beautiful rose gardens/quiet areas if you want to relax.
