Looking for a new flatmate to replace me in this wonderful, cosy home in Maida Vale. I’ve loved living here and am gutted to have to move, though it means a great opportunity for you ☺️

Vitals:
Rent is £1,166/month and bills (incl. council tax and Hyperoptic wifi) are about £120/month
Move-in date is 28th September onwards
Room comes with built-in wardrobe, bed frame, and mattress

About the flat:
This is a lovely, homely flat in one of Maida Vale’s Victorian mansion blocks, situated just 5-minutes away from Maida Vale tube station (Bakerloo). Also right by the flat is Paddington Recreation Ground, amazing restaurants, pubs and cute shops. It’s a 10-minute stroll to Little Venice and the canal.

Inside, we’re situated on the top floor (no upstairs neighbours!), and have a fully stocked kitchen including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a separate clothes dryer too. We additionally have access to a beautiful communal garden, and there is bike storage available in the basement of the building.

The room itself is a fully furnished double, with a comfy bed and a built-in wardrobe offering loads of storage. You'll be sharing the main bathroom with just one of the current flatmates.

About the household:
You’ll be sharing with Inez (28, she/her, researcher) and Tallulah (27, she/her, marketer). Both work hybrid. You’ll also be sharing with Tallulah’s dog Byron (5, Springer Spaniel, very sweet boy). It’s a very sharing vibe; onions, hairdryer, you name it and it’s likely up for use.

About you:
This would suit a professional (no students or couples, sorry) who enjoys a good natter in the kitchen, has lived with dogs, is proactive and interested in a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
