Looking for a female flatmate to take over the lease as current flatmate is moving back to Australia after almost 3 years of living together 🤍

The flat:
3 bedroom flat is a bright and spacious top floor apartment in a Maida Vale mansion block maintained by an onsite building manager.

The flat is in a great location just a 5 minute walk to Maida Vale and Warwick Avenue stations (Bakerloo Line), and a 15 minute walk to Paddington station. We’re also a 15 minute walk from Portobello Road and Little Venice. Paddington Rec is right on the doorstep.

Living with 2 females:
I'm 29 year old young professional, love to cook and make spicy margs for the girlies.🍸
My Northern Irish mama rents the third room and stays part time due to her work schedule.
Perfect for a young professional who is looking to be friends and hang out together but also enjoys their own space.

Ideally we are looking for
A full time working woman similar age (27-32)
Clean, considerate and looking to maintain our cosy, fun and peaceful home
No students, couples or pets

Details:
£950 pcm plus bills (approx. £130 pcm). Refreshes in November for another year's lease (potential small increase - tbc)

Furnished or unfurnished (flatmate is happy to sell her stuff to the new tenant).
