We’re looking for someone to rent out our spare room in our lovely home. We are moving to Malaysia to have our 2nd baby and will be away for 6 months.
The flat is on the third floor of a mansion block building 5 minutes away from Warwick Avenue tube station and within walking distance of both Hyde & Regent’s park with Paddington recreation ground nearby.
You’d primarily have the whole flat to yourself with my husband occasionally coming to London for a few days a month.
The whole apartment was recently renovated and is well equipped.
Looking for someone who is responsible, respectful and is happy to take the room on a short term basis from November to April.
We’d be happy to show you around so you can get a feel irl of the place!
